Terms of Service

1. The short version

Pack Portrait turns photos you upload into AI-generated portraits, which you can preview for free and buy as digital downloads or printed keepsakes. By using packportrait.com, you agree to the terms below.

2. Your photos

You keep ownership of every photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to process it — including sending it to our AI image provider — solely to generate your portrait and fulfill your order. We don't use your photos to train AI models, and we don't sell or share them with anyone outside the providers needed to run the service (see our Privacy Policy).

Don't upload photos of anyone who hasn't agreed to this, or any content that's illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the rights to use.

3. AI-generated results

Portraits are generated by an AI image model based on your photos and the look you choose. Results can vary — likeness, pose, and detail aren't guaranteed to be exact. Free previews are watermarked; paying unlocks the full-resolution, unwatermarked version.

4. Pricing and payment

Your first portrait in an order is $19, and each additional portrait is a flat $7 — two portraits are $26, four are $40. Printed keepsakes are priced individually at checkout, plus any applicable tax. All payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Every purchase is a one-time charge; there's no subscription.

5. Re-rolls and refunds

Every purchase includes two free re-rolls if a portrait doesn't look right — just get in touch. Outside of that, digital downloads are refundable within 7 days if something went wrong on our end. Physical keepsakes can be reprinted free of charge if they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Shipping

Printed keepsakes are produced by third-party print partners and typically arrive within the window shown at checkout. Delivery is currently included anywhere in the US. Items ordered together may ship separately.

7. Acceptable use

  • No uploading photos you don't have the right to use.
  • No attempting to generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
  • No automated scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the service.

We can suspend access for accounts or orders that violate these terms.

8. Liability

Pack Portrait is provided as-is. We work hard to make every portrait great, but we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
